CATEGORIES OF EVENT PASSES (TICKETS)
IMMERSIVE ITALY and the 7th European Immersive Education Summit (EiED) is a special 4 day event for which the following categories of passes (tickets) are available:
- All Access Passes: All Access Passes provide access to ALL aspects of IMMERSIVE ITALY and the 7th European Immersive Education Summit (EiED 2017) for all 4 days of the event, including ALL 9 of the "Pick 3 for 15" hands-on workshops while seats remain available (for details please refer to the program and schedule of events). All Access Pass holders enjoy complete access to all keynotes, all featured talks, all presentations, all papers, all demonstrations (demos), all hands-on workshops, all traditional workshops, all social events and all activities. All Access Passes include an Immersive Education (iED) Virtual Reality (VR) headset, "VR & AR at the Leaning Tower of Pisa" hands-on workshops, and a special afternoon "Immersive Meal" social and networking event (this event occurs after lunch). All Access Passes also include full access to all hands-on exhibits in addition to the "Augment your own Reality!" hands-on Augmented Reality (AR) workshops and activities.
LIMITED SEATING: Seating for the "Pick 3 for 15" workshops is limited, and available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Be careful to select your workshops at the time of registration to ensure that your seats are reserved. Please note that the hands-on workshops on Day 3 and Day 4 (November 18 and 19) are not part of the "Pick 3 for 15" workshop series and are only available with an All Access Pass or Day Pass.
- Day Passes: Day Passes are now available at the rate of 109 Euro each (per day). Please note that Day Passes are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, and for a limited time only, due to seating constraints. Day Passes provide access to all activities (keynotes, featured talks, workshops and all sessions listed on the program and schedule of events) for a specific day of the event (Day 1, 2, 3 and/or 4). In addition Day Passes include an Immersive Education (iED) Virtual Reality (VR) headset. Day Passes do not, however, include the Immersive Meal social event (which may be purchased separately).

The "Pick 3 for 15" Workshop Pass provides access to a special series of 9 teacher-training (Professional Development) workshops, offered in both English and Italian, for which attendees can participate in any 3 for a total of only 15 Euro. This unique "Pick 3 for 15" series of hands-on workshops enables teachers and members of the general public to learn how to create Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MXR). In addition, the workshop series includes Minecraft for education, virtual worlds for education, and 3D printing. For an overview of each workshop in the series please refer to the "Pick 3 for 15" workshop descriptions.
Please note that "Pick 3 for 15" Workshop Passes are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, and for a limited time only, due to seating constraints. All Access Passes provide complete access to all IMMERSIVE ITALY and 7th European Immersive Education Summit (EiED) conference activities for all 4 days of the event, including ALL 9 of the "Pick 3 for 15" hands-on workshops (for details please refer to the program and schedule of events). All Access Pass holders enjoy complete access to all keynotes, all featured talks, all presentations, all papers, all demonstrations (demos), all hands-on workshops, all social events and all activities.
Immersive Education VR Headset: All Access Passes come with your very own Immersive Education (iED) Google Cardboard Virtual Reality (VR) headset which you can use during the "Pick 3 for 15" hands-on workshops, VR social events, and the VR & AR at the Leaning Tower of Pisa" hands-on workshop and social event that is conducted on November 19.

"Pick 3 for 15" Workshop Passes: Provides access to a special series of 9 teacher-training (Professional Development) workshops, offered in both English and Italian, for which attendees can participate in any 3 for a total of only 15 Euro. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A 100% refund less a 20 Euro processing fee will be given for all cancellations requested by 15 October 2017 (Oct 15, 2016). Although no refunds will be given after that date please note that all registrations are transferable to colleagues and associates with prior written authorization from the original registrant.
